Bekah
I am allergic to wheat and any cross contamination will cause a severe allergic reaction. I eat at Taco Cabana all the time and have never once had any trouble. BUT at Abuelo’s I had a gluten free dish and I DID have trouble immediately. Just be aware that it doesn’t matter if it says Gluten free-it could have cross-contamination and could still cause a problem. If you find a place you KNOW you can eat-stick with that.
