We have been gluten-free since January with the help of emeals! Highly recommended — we are still using it (bought a deal through groupon in January)! It makes shopping so much easier and faster the way that the ingredients are broken into categories. Also, those ingredients are often used for multiple meals.

You do realize, Lynn, that the article said, “(see example below of a non-gluten-free version of their meal plan) ”
In other words, the menu printed here, isn’t the gluten free version of EMeals.
Of course, if you want to make what is shown here, simply use gluten free orzo.

You do realize that you have a gluten free recipe with wheat pasta. Orzo is not normally gluten free. You have to use gluten free orzo.
Gluten free means no wheat, barley or rye!
