My Fire Department Coffee of the Month Club Review
The kind folks at Fire Department Coffee sent me a box to check out both of their coffee subscriptions so here’s how it went.
Packing was simple and straightforward. Just a FDC graphic box and a bag of coffee.
So simple with zero gimmicks.
The regular coffee that I receive is called Komodo Dragon which is a low acidity and bold coffee from a family owned farm located on the slopes of Inerie volcano in the Ngada region of Flores, Indonesia.
It was pretty tasty. I’m going to try to make this iced next time mixed with a Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer.
The spirit-infused coffee that I received was infused with real bourbon that featured notes of orange zest, bitters, and muddled cherries.
To be honest, I’m not a fan of bourbon in general so I wasn’t a huge fan. But the tequila one that they offer in their online store sounds amazing.
My final thought on Fire Department Coffee
I literally have zero complaints about FDC.
Competitive pricing, unique coffee options, and an infused coffee club subscription just make this an affordable yet still great coffee of the month club worth trying this week.
Best of all, if you don’t care for a subscription and just want to choose your own coffee beans, they have 40+ options to choose from that can also be ordered on a subscription basis which is awesome.
Will I order Fire Department Coffee in the future?
Absolutely. I’ll be sure to brew one of their many coffee options and then instantly turn it into a delicious iced coffee.
