Sure you can have your buffalo chicken wings, crab dips, burgers, hot dogs, nachos, and chip and dip, but have you ever considered going entirely meat-free on game day?
Not only are plant-based diets good for you and better for the planet, they can taste extremely delicious!

1. Vegan Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 6oz Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts (or 1½ cups)
- ½ Medium Yellow Onion
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Cups Frozen Spinach
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Nondairy Milk (more if needed)
- ¼ teaspoon Salt (optional)
- Several grind of pepper
- Bread, chips, veggies, or whatever you want to use to dip!

2. Buffalo Chickpea Pizza with White Garlic Sauce and Celery Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
Crust
- 3 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Sriracha or other garlic chili sauce
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
- ½ cup ground cashew
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp flour or 1 Tbsp arrowroot starch
- ⅔ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- a very generous dash of black pepper
- ⅔ of the white sauce from above
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp italian herb blend
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ of the white sauce from above
- ½ tsp ranch seasoning
- ½ tsp celery seeds
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

3. Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or ground oats/oat flour)
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon soy milk (or more as needed)
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup carob chips or dairy-free chocolate chips
