If you ever wanted a protein-rich, plant based alternative to pudding or a Snack Pack, then Noops is the perfect choice.
Noops is an organic oat milk pudding that’s USDA organic, non-GMO, and certified gluten free which is great for those who live a healthy, allergen-free lifestyle.
Noops Review
Noops was kind enough to send me a case of their oat milk based pudding. Here are my honest thoughts.
Each pudding is packed with 5 or 6 grams of plant protein while also containing 7 grams of fiber from organic sources.
Best of all, every pudding is vegan, organic, gluten-free, and allergen free (no dairy, no soy, no wheat, and no nuts).
Compare that to their competitors, Noops contains less than half the amount of carbs, zero artificial flavors, and almost double the protein.
Noops comes in four flavors:
- Sticky Bun
- French Toast
- Cocoa
- Mocha
Once I saw that french toast flavor, I was real hyped to try it but to be honest, I hated it. The same goes for the cocoa.
But the Sticky Bun and Mocha were by far the best choices no doubt.
Final Thoughts…
If you’re looking for a healthier, non-dairy alternative to pudding, then Noops, oat milk puddings are the perfect option.
Now if I ever swing by my local Publix grocery store and see them on the shelves, would I grab it? Probably not, but that’s mainly because I don’t eat pudding EVER. (I’m all about the Strawberry Jell-O).
But if I did need to choose a healthier alternative when snacking or had to recommend one to someone, Noops will 100% be the first choice.
