Some people can’t eat gluten for medical reasons due to Celiacs Disease which affect 1 out of 133 people in the US, which is totally understandable. But then there are people who follow this gluten free diet trend yet they don’t even know what gluten exactly is. So Jimmy Kimmel and his crew decided to put some random non-medical gluten free dieters on the spot and ask them what exactly is gluten. And their reactions are priceless!

Here again just ignorant people giving Gluten Free a bad rep including Jimmy Kimmel. Like we who have Celiac Disease don’t have enough problems, he just piles it on again on national TV. He sure wouldn’t have been bashing it if he or a loved one had it and knew EXACTLY what it was and did to us who live with it everyday of our lives!!!! Total ignorance…..
