I am looking for a celiac recipe book for non-secretors O blood group. Can you refer me to this needle in a haystack.

Check the labels ! I was buying tiny $7 bags of potato chips from the gluten free section and one day I looked at a $2 jumbo bag of Lays chips, “gluten free” right on the front label. Most GF products say it right on the front, some main stream brands are GF. Look at the label, it’s a lot cheaper and taste better then the cardboard look a likes in the GF section. .

Adam, just diagnosed. Not 100% sure. On the bright side I can still eat beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and fish. Can still have my potato or rice and a vegetable. I have checked out a couple of grocery stores. I’m surprised that no national bakery has a decent tasting gluten free bread β or is there one?
Products labeled Gluten Free, with some exceptions appears to be pricey. Not so sure that some out there are not taking advantage and charging more, but we’ll find out and if it is so they don’t make the cut.
Appreciate your efforts. Not much into baking or cooking but the main meal the day remains unaffected anyway. Sure beats a lot of conditions that a lot of other unfortunate people have. Larry

Hi Larry, thanks for the comment. And to answer your question about the bakery, I’m not quite too sure if a mainstream national bakery has managed to unveil gluten free bread, however, I do know that there’s a couple good brands that you can find in the supermaket like Udi’s and Schaar. Hopefully this helps!

I have been diagnosed since 2010. It’s rough at first. I have found a very good bread gluten free. It’s udi’s brand. Look it up on the computer. I found it at Walmart it is high in cost but well worth it. I think. It’s the only bread I have found that is anything close to bread. All others I have tried are like a sponge. Lol. Maybe you can try it. Best of luck
