Ok, so you ask what I cook for dinner. All organic or wild caught ingredients. Tonight I made shrimp and crab cakes with gf breadcrumbs from the ends of Udi’s gluten free bread, eggs, scallions, red peppers,veganaise)because I cannot stomach mayonnaise, just me) and some garlic and salt sautéed in olive oil. Side is black bean pasta, broccoli, summer squash, okra sautéed in olive oil and fresh garlic. And, I made enough shrimp/crab cakes for several meals.
