Major League Baseball ballparks across the nation have been extremely gluten free throughout the past seasons.
Today, all 30 team’s ballparks offer fantastic gluten free food and beer options, most of which are available at special gluten free concession stands and carts.
And no, I’m not just talking about bunless burgers, hot dogs, and soft serve ice cream – I’m talking about cheesesteaks, nachos, chili cheese fries, sushi, Korean BBQ, fruit platters, fish n’ chips, and so much more!
Plus, withΒ the emergence of gluten free ballpark foods and drinks, there’s no need to constantly ask all the concession stand workers what foods are gluten free or not.Β That’s a relief!
What’s Typically Gluten Free at MLB Stadiums
Whenever you go to any MLB stadium you’ll notice that there are a few items that are almost always gluten free.
This food and drink options include:
- soda
- bottled water and soda
- cotton candy
- cracker jacks
- peanuts
So even if these items aren’t always listed on the the MLB Stadiums gluten free menus, you can almost always be positive that these are safe to eat.
But always check the peanut bag just in case there’s some hidden wheat in it or something. You just never know.
So with that being said, let’s jump straight in the MLB Stadiums gluten free menus!

Unfortunately, as of 2016, the Cleveland Indians have taken away their gluten free stand so they no longer have gluten free buns, beer, etc. They’ve added many more food options, but apparently at the expense of gluten free items.

that makes me really sad. I just wrote to say thank you for having them.
